Clay Cooper

President

Clay Cooper joined AirTight FaciliTech as president in 2019 after serving in numerous roles across the HVAC industry for 30+ years. Clay began his career as a sales representative for GW Berkheimer. From there Clay accepted a position in service sales for Trane Chicago. In 1997 he accepted a sales position at York Chicago and within a couple years became its District Service Manager. After York was acquired by Johnson Controls, Clay continued with the company as Service Manager until joining Midwest Mechanical in 2009 as Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for all the day-to-day operations of the service business.

Steve Chiuchiolo

Controller & Administration Manager

Prior to joining ATFT in 2016, Steve Chiuchiolo served for seven years as Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for Iverify, a national company installing, servicing and monitoring commercial security systems. In addition to preparing and presenting financial reports, he managed annual bank and financial audits, treasury activities, ERP system management, internal policy development, business process improvements, client retention, operational improvement and risk control. Steve began his career at BDO Seidman while working with medium-­sized, fast­-growing entrepreneurial companies.

Steve holds a BS in Accounting degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Russ Castilow

VP Of Projects Group

Russ's hometown is Glendale, West Virginia and attended West Liberty University in nearby Wheeling. He then moved to South Carolina where he began his career in sales. Eventually to become branch manager with Julian Speer Mechanical in their branch location in Columbia, SC. There he became entrenched in the mechanical contracting industry learning from two influential mentors Samuel Shuman and Kenneth Wohlfarth. Russ was then recruited by McKenneys Inc. and after 10 years he joined AirTight where he designed, estimated, and sold projects in the mission critical and data center market for the next 13 years. Russ brings 26 years of experience to AirTight FaciliTech, and is currently the Vice President of the projects group. Russ lives in Charlotte with his wife Anna and two dogs Daisy and Neil. In his off time he enjoys traveling, saltwater fishing, tinkering with his Bronco, and spending time with his family and friends.
